The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, including a large lounge area with a sectional sleeper sofa, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the rooms are in need of a makeover to keep up with the standards. The service provided was top-notch, very friendly, courteous, and accommodating, especially for our last-minute booking. The location, although convenient with restaurants and shopping nearby, was uncomfortably hot at times. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a healthy twist on road food. The facilities, such as dry cleaning and laundry services, added convenience to the stay.

My stay at the hotel was for a family reunion in the area. The rooms seemed clean, but unfortunately, mine smelled like pot, which made me sick to my stomach. Being on the 4th floor at the end of a long hall was challenging, especially with my brother in a wheelchair struggling to roll on the tough carpet.
